Hyde Park

The Hyde Park District is a delightful combination of yesterday and today. Tampa's oldest existing neighborhood lies immediately across the Hillsborough River to the west of the Downtown business and cultural core. Historic homes have undergone intensive restoration efforts and beautifully reflect the distinctive Florida "Boom" architectural style of the 1920's and 30's.

Old Hyde Park Village, an up-scale commercial development of retail and service establishments, accents the vitality of Tampa's most historic neighborhood district. Heavily shaded and immediately accessible to Bayshore Boulevard, Hyde Park is a popular local landmark within itself, deserving of it's unique distinction.


Bayshore Boulevard

The Bayshore brings to mind stately elegant homes, the reminiscent ring of the old street-car bell and Easter egg hunts over the enormous, impeccably landscaped grounds. Davis Island

Harbour Island

Parkland Estates

Palma Ceia

The origin of the name "Palma Ceia" has been often speculated upon by many Tampa historians. Perhaps it was said to be the "seat" or "base" of the Palm, or "Palma Silla" by early Spanish speaking settlers. Regardless, it exist today as one of Tampa's most exclusive communities. The antique, red brick roads, shaded by enormous oaks, and its intimate neighborhood character make Palma Ceia a colonnade of beautiful homes centrally located within Tampa's Interbay Peninsula. A wide range of housing designs and price ranges accent one of Tampa's most premier neighborhood locations, which has maintained consistent appeal to Tampa natives since the early 1920's. Beach Park

Among the oldest neighborhoods in Tampa, Beach Park is graced with 200 to 300 year old oaks, towering palms and other indigenous flora. Golfview

Sunset Park

Immediately south of Culbreath Bayou, Sunset Park once had its own beach and dace pavilion on Old Tampa Bay. Its charming, winding streets, shaded by vast, ancient oaks, pines and palms, are all named after famous poets. A variety of housing styles, price ranges and easy access to major traffic collectors enhance the popularity of this well positioned locale.


Culbreath Isles

Largely comprised of massive, traditional styled homes, Culbreath Isles was one of Tampa's first, totally secured, and most exclusive neighborhoods. Developed in the mid to late 1960's, Culbreath Isles set a standard, yet unsurpassed, for impressive, waterfront living. Many of the imposing homes front on deep water canals.
